Ek het hierdie plaas besoek en een aand daar oornag. Ek het heelwat fotos en 'n video van my hele toer deur die plaas. Ek moet sê, wat natuurskoon en afwisseling aanbetref is daar min sulke plase - vlaktes, berge, plato's, riviere (meer as 1), groot gronddamme (meer as 1), mooi groot bome - 'n absolute droomplaas. Dit krioel van die wild en jy kan sien daar word min gejag - die wild is hondmak. Die plaas is in 'n goeie toestand - alle verbeterings is van die hoogste gehalte, goed onderhou en in 'n uitstekende toestand - hierdie plaas is hierdie eienaars (2 vennote) se trots. Die besproeiing is natuurlik ook goud werd - die lande is uitgespan om die wild uit te hou. Geen versteekte onaangename verassings nie. Ek beveel hierdie plaas met groot vrymoedigheid aan. I visited this farm and overnight there one evening. I
took a number of photos and made a video of my tour through the farm.
Regarding scenery, natural beauty and variation there are not many farms
like this - flats, valleys, mountains, plateau's, rivers (more than 1), huge
earth dams (more than 1), huge trees - an absolute "dream farm". It is teeming with wildlife and you can see there's not a lot of hunting - the game
is tame. The farm is in a very good condition - all improvements are of the
highest quality, well maintained and in good condition - this farm is the
pride of it's owners (2 partners). The irrigation is also worth gold of
cause - the fields are fenced off to keep the game out. No hidden unpleasant
surprises. I recommend this farm with the greatest confidence. View the

Tydmorsers se motiewe wissel van
a) Naïef – hulle dink hulle kan die plaas op skuld koop en uitboer;
b) Kansvatters, skelms en diewe – dis mense wat vir hulself ‘n
voordeel probeer bewerkstellig, van
so min as ‘n gratis besoek aan ‘n wildplaas,
tot okkupasie totdat hy uitgesmyt word weens wanbetaling,
tot die skurke wat okkupasie neem en die eiendom stroop van
bates en dan verdwyn (“asset stripping”);
c) Psigopatiese Narcissiste wat dit doen om as ‘n belangrike persoon
behandel te word en sodoende ‘n ego-streling (“ego boost”) kry;
d) By uitsondering selfs die Groenetjies wat die eienaar van 'n
wildplaas probeer benadeel vir hulle eie bizarre redes.

Kommissie
'n Agent word betaal vir sukses. Moenie vir my sê ek ek het min tyd
gespandeer aan die transaksie nie - u weet nie wat agter die skerms gebeur
nie. As u my per uur wil betaal sê dit vir my van die begin af. Moenie my
penaliseer vir my effektiewiteit nie - dit maak my eintlik meer werd.
Die hoeveelheid kommissie is in ooreenstemming met die bedryfsriglyn en word
betaal deur verkoper (alhoewel koper dit subsideer).
Ons verdien ons kommissie sodra ons 'n koper vind wat gewillig en instaat is

Commission
An agent gets paid for success. Don't tell me
I didn't didn't spend much time on this transaction - you don't know what
happens behind the scene. If you want to pay me per hour tell it to me from
