Gedetaileeerde beskrywing in Afrikaans
Die 786 hektaar wildsplaas is ongeveer 55 km vanaf Bela Bela (Warmbad) op die Thabazimbi pad. Die plaas is netjies omhein met ‘n geëlektrifiseerde wildsheining en voldoende paaie. Die plaas is boomryk en meer as 100 voëlspesies is al op die plaas geïdentifiseer. Daar is tans 5 geëlektrifiseerde teelkampe wat ongeveer 12% van die plaasoppervlak uitmaak. Die kampe het tans njalas en enkele swart- en split rooibokke in. Die plaas is in ‘n privaat maatskappy geregistreer. Die maatskappy is nie BTW geregistreer nie. Daar is 'n vennootskap wat die plaas huur. Al die losgoed behoort aan die vennootskap en die vennootskap is BTW geregistreer.

In die suidwestelike hoek van die plaas is ‘n gebied van ongeveer een hektaar afgekamp wat vroeër jare vir ‘n skool gebruik is en tans as ‘n dienssentrum vir die gemeenskap dien. Die infrastruktuur bestaan uit een gebou met drie groot vertrekke wat as klaskamers gedien het. Een van die klaskamers is intussen as ‘n kombuis ingerig en daar is ook badkamergeriewe. Verder is daar drie enkelwoonstelle. Eskomkrag is aangelê, terwyl water vir die sentrum goedgunstiglik deur ‘n buurplaas geskenk word, welke vergunning uiteraard sal verval wanneer die terrein nie meer vir die bestaande doeleindes aangewend word nie. Hierdie fasiliteite kan vir ‘n verskeidenheid doeleindes aangewend word, byvoorbeeld bykomende verblyfgeriewe, opleidingsdoeleindes, ens.

The 786 hectare game farm is approximately 55 km from Bela Bela (Warmbad) on the Thabazimbi road. The farm is neatly fenced with an electrified game fence and sufficient roads. The farm is rich in trees and more than 100 bird species have been identified on the farm. There are currently 5 electrified breeding camps which make up approximately 12% of the farm area. The camps currently have nyala and a few black and split roe deer. The farm is registered in a private company.
The farm's infrastructure consists of:
2 boreholes equipped with submersible pumps
3 water tanks (5,000L; 10,000L; 5,000L)
3 Earth dams
9 Water troughs in the breeding camps and 7 on the open farm

In the south-west corner of the farm, an area of approximately one hectare
has been camped out, which in earlier years was used for a school and
currently serves as a service center for the community. The infrastructure
consists of one building with three large rooms that served as classrooms.
One of the classrooms has meanwhile been set up as a kitchen and there are
also bathroom facilities. Furthermore, there are three single apartments.
Eskom power has been installed, while water for the center is kindly donated
by a neighboring farm, which permission will obviously expire when the site
is no longer used for the existing purposes. These facilities can be used
for a variety of purposes, for example additional accommodation facilities,
training purposes, etc.

Tydmorsers se motiewe wissel van
a) Naïef – hulle dink hulle kan die plaas op skuld koop en uitboer;
b) Kansvatters, skelms en diewe – dis mense wat vir hulself ‘n
voordeel probeer bewerkstellig, van
so min as ‘n gratis besoek aan ‘n wildplaas,
tot okkupasie totdat hy uitgesmyt word weens wanbetaling,
tot die skurke wat okkupasie neem en die eiendom stroop van
bates en dan verdwyn (“asset stripping”);
c) Psigopatiese Narcissiste wat dit doen om as ‘n belangrike persoon
behandel te word en sodoende ‘n ego-streling (“ego boost”) kry;
d) By uitsondering selfs die Groenetjies wat die eienaar van 'n
wildplaas probeer benadeel vir hulle eie bizarre redes.

'n Agent word betaal vir sukses. Moenie vir my sê ek ek het min tyd
gespandeer aan die transaksie nie - u weet nie wat agter die skerms gebeur
nie. As u my per uur wil betaal sê dit vir my van die begin af. Moenie my
penaliseer vir my effektiewiteit nie - dit maak my eintlik meer werd.
Die hoeveelheid kommissie is in ooreenstemming met die bedryfsriglyn en word
betaal deur verkoper (alhoewel koper dit subsideer).
Ons verdien ons kommissie sodra ons 'n koper vind wat gewillig en instaat is
om die eiendom te koop teen verkoper se minimum terme. Ondertekening van 'n

Commission
An agent gets paid for success. Don't tell me
I didn't didn't spend much time on this transaction - you don't know what
happens behind the scene. If you want to pay me per hour tell it to me from
the start. Don't penalise me for effectiveness - it actually makes me worth
more.
The amount of commission is in accordance with the industry guidelines and
is payable by seller (although purchaser subsidises it).
