  • Alvorens ons 'n afspraak maak vir besigtiging van 'n plaas benodig ons u identiteitsnommer.
  • Ons is heeltemal bereid om moeite vir u te doen as u geld eers later gaan beskikbaar raak of as u nog onseker is of u hoegenaamd 'n wildplaas wil koop - solank u die finansiële vermoë het om te koop is dit reg met ons.
  • Indien u wil weet waar die plaas is, oorweeg asseblief 1 van die alternatiewe opsies hieronder.
     
  • Verkoper betaal kommissie maar koper subsideer dit. Spaar ons tyd & spaar kommissie: Besigtig die plaas op u eie en, indien u koop, betaal slegs 4% kommissie i.p.v die gebruiklike 7,5% (eienaar moet instem dat u die plaas op u eie mag besigtig).

  • Seller pays commission but purchaser subsidises it. Save our time & save commission: View the farm on your own and, if you buy, pay only 4% commission i.o. the normal 7,5% (owner must agree that you may view the farm on your own).

Land owner: when commission is earned when it becomes due & payable

  • Our commission is earned the moment we find a buyer who is willing and able to buy at your (minimum) terms.
  • Signature of a Contract of Purchase and Sale is the next step and if you refuse to proceed with the transaction the commission becomes due and payable immediately. Thus, don't abuse us to test the market.
  • Otherwise the commission is payable at registration of transfer (in exceptional circumstances it can be payable earlier, for example when it is a downpayment scheme).
