More detailed description of the buildings: 1) At the homestead is the dwelling house, an enclosed garage that can accommodate 5 vehicles and then there is a large open barn; 2) At the bushcamp is a chalet with a bathroom, kitchen and bedroom, a lapa with a swimming pool and parking space for ten caravans with an ablution block.
Water: Two boreholes. Both equipped with solar pumps. The one at home tested 7 200 l/h and the one at the bushcamp 4 400 l/h. The one at the bushcamp can also pump with a generator. The solar pumps supply more than enough water. The water is distributed across the farm to cement reservoirs and waterholes.
Electricity: Completely off grid. Everything runs on solar. There is 'n huge generator on standby.
Labour: One male farm worker.
Close to the house are cattle pens with the necessary cattle handling facilities such as threshing floor and loading area. There is also 50 ha of deforested natural pasture.
Soil type: ⅔ hard red soil, ⅓ peat.

b) Kansvatters, skelms en diewe – dis mense wat vir hulself ‘n
voordeel probeer bewerkstellig, van
so min as ‘n gratis besoek aan ‘n wildplaas,
tot okkupasie totdat hy uitgesmyt word weens wanbetaling,
tot die skurke wat okkupasie neem en die eiendom stroop van
bates en dan verdwyn (“asset stripping”);
c) Psigopatiese Narcissiste wat dit doen om as ‘n belangrike persoon
behandel te word en sodoende ‘n ego-streling (“ego boost”) kry;
d) By uitsondering selfs die Groenetjies wat die eienaar van 'n
wildplaas probeer benadeel vir hulle eie bizarre redes.

'n Agent word betaal vir sukses. Moenie vir my sê ek ek het min tyd

Commission
An agent gets paid for success. Don't tell me
I didn't didn't spend much time on this transaction - you don't know what
