Heffing tans (jaar 2021) R30 000 per jaar (werk uit R2 500 per maand), wat insluit watertoevoer en algemene plaasbestuur en plaas-instandhouding. Elke eienaar het 'n werf, en ryregte oor die hele reservaat. Daar is geen formele bouperke nie rakende materiaal en grootte, maar minstens 'n handskets moet ingedien word by die bestuur vir goedkeuring. Die riglyn is dat die bosgevoel behoue moet bly. Daar is geen formele beperking op vloeropperlak nie. Daar is Eskom krag en die rekening is vir jouself. Daar word in beginsel nie gejag nie maar as daar surplusse ontstaan oes die reservaat se bestuur vinnig en effektief en dan kan die eienaars vleis aankoop. Jy koop effektiewelik ook 'n belang in die wild en mag deelneem aan bestuursbesluite. Inligting en boeke is oop en prosesse is deursigtig. Ook waar daar ontbos word - kan jy hout koop. Daar is 86 mede-eienaars. Ligging: ongeveer in die middel van die driehoek Vaalwater-Thabazimbi-Ellisras.

Permanente verblyf is toelaatbaar, maar dit het 'n hoër maandelikse heffing - tans R42 000 per jaar. Dit sluit in water maar nie elektrisiteit nie. Daar is tans 7 permanent bewoonde huise. Honde word nie toegelaat nie. Die woning behels dat jy alleeneienaar is, jy deel nie die erf of woonhuis met enige ander aandeelhouer nie. Daar is geen draadheinings tussen die eiendomme nie. Daar is twee plaasbestuurders, en hulle hou alles in stand onder andere: die gemeenskaplike swembad by die klubhuis (maar jy mag ook jou eie privaat swembad insit). Vullisverwydering 1 x per week. Die plaasheining is met kameras beman.

Levy currently (year 2021) R30 000 per year (works out to R2 500 per month), which includes water supply and general farm management and farm maintenance. Each owner has a yard, and traversing rights over the entire reserve. There are no formal building limits regarding material and size, but at least a hand sketch must be submitted to management for approval. The guideline is that the bush feel must be preserved. There is no formal limit on floor extent. There is Eskom power and the bill is for yourself. In principle, there is no hunting, but if there are surpluses, the reserve's management harvests quickly and effectively and then the owners can purchase meat. You effectively also buy an interest in the wildlife and may participate in management decisions. Information and books are open and processes are transparent. Also where there is deforestation - you can buy wood. There are 86 co-owners. Location: approximately in the middle of the triangle Vaalwater-Thabazimbi-Ellisras.

Permanent residency is permissible, but it has a higher monthly levy - currently R42 000 per annum. That includes water but not electricity. There are currently 7 permanently occupied houses. Dogs are not allowed. The residence means that you are the sole owner, you do not share the stand or house with any other shareholder. There are no fences between the stands. There are two farm managers, and they maintain everything, including: the communal pool at the club house (but you can also put in your own private pool). Garbage removal 1 x per week. The farm fence is manned with cameras.

Koper, het u die finansiële vermoë?

As jy bietjie moet raap-en-skraap, of jou geld kom later los, of so iets - ek help graag, maar ek MOET jou vermoë om die eiendom te bekostig ondersoek. Gee dit asseblief sommer vir my reg van die begin af, die 1e keer wat jy my kontak. Die rede:

TYDMORSERS is mense wat plase wil “koop” maar gladnie oor die finansiële vermoë beskik nie.
Tydmorsers se motiewe wissel van
a) Naïef – hulle dink hulle kan die plaas op skuld koop en uitboer;
b) Kansvatters, skelms en diewe – dis mense wat vir hulself ‘n voordeel probeer bewerkstellig,  van
    so min as ‘n gratis besoek aan ‘n wildplaas,
    tot okkupasie totdat hy uitgesmyt word weens wanbetaling,
    tot die skurke wat okkupasie neem en die eiendom stroop van bates en dan verdwyn (“asset stripping”);
c) Psigopatiese Narcissiste wat dit doen om as ‘n belangrike persoon behandel te word en sodoende ‘n ego-streling (“ego boost”) kry;
d) By uitsondering selfs die Groenetjies wat die eienaar van 'n wildplaas probeer benadeel vir hulle eie bizarre redes.

Kommissie
'n Agent word betaal vir sukses. Moenie vir my sê ek ek het min tyd gespandeer aan die transaksie nie - u weet nie wat agter die skerms gebeur nie. As u my per uur wil betaal sê dit vir my van die begin af. Moenie my penaliseer vir my effektiewiteit nie - dit maak my eintlik meer werd.
Die hoeveelheid kommissie is in ooreenstemming met die bedryfsriglyn en word betaal deur verkoper (alhoewel koper dit subsideer).
Ons verdien ons kommissie sodra ons 'n koper vind wat gewillig en instaat is om die eiendom te koop teen verkoper se minimum terme. Ondertekening van 'n koopkontrak is die volgende stap en indien verkoper skielik nie meer wil voortgaan met die verkoop nie word die kommissie onmiddelik opeisbaar en betaalbaar. Andersins is die kommissie is betaalbaar by registrasie van oordrag (in uitsonderlike gevalle kan die kommissie vroeër betaalbaar wees, byvoorbeeld wanneer die koper koop op afbetaling). d) Exceptionally even the Greens who try to harm the owner of a game farm for their own bizarre reasons.

Commission
An agent gets paid for success. Don't tell me I didn't didn't spend much time on this transaction - you don't know what happens behind the scene. If you want to pay me per hour tell it to me from the start. Don't penalise me for effectiveness - it actually makes me worth more.
The amount of commission is in accordance with the industry guidelines and is payable by seller (although purchaser subsidises it).
Our commission is earned the moment we find a buyer who is willing and able to buy at seller's minimum terms. Signature of a contract is the next step and if seller suddenly refuses to proceed with the transaction the commission becomes due and payable immediately. Otherwise the commission is payable at registration of transfer (in exceptional circumstances it can be payable earlier, for example when it is a downpayment scheme).
