The Reserve is 1 000 hectares in size, in the Waterberg, 50 kilometres north from Vaalwater. The topography includes a flat area and lodges have been constructed on the escarpment overlooking surrounded valleys and scenic rolling hills. A ravine is adding to the unique secluded ambiance. Being part of the UNESCO-declared Waterberg Biosphere in Limpopo Province is a responsibility not taken lightly; an internal environmental impact assessment was therefore conducted by specialist ecologists to determine the appropriateness of development on the the Reserve and to consider ecological problems that could occur as a result. The Reserve has been zoned as a resort and approval for 21 sectional-title stand granted. Comprehensive infra structure was developed including road structures, water supply and reservoir. Twelve chalets have been constructed. A further 9 units will be developed in due course. Chalets are all about 280 m² in size, each with a own splash pool, braai area, viewing deck, three en suite bedrooms, modern kitchen, 5 star furnishes and open plan configuration. The Reserve is a family orientated game reserve where guests can freely move around and enjoy picnics, self drive game viewing, walking trails and mountain biking. The Reserve host a number of indigenous game species which will during the 2010 winter season be increased in line with the new carrying capacity. A communal leisure area is for the benefit of all chalet guests and include swimming pool, braai area, deck area, TV lounge, business centre, wine cellar as well as specialty shop. A set of rules and regulations governs activities on the reserve, the aim and purpose is to comply with the Scoping Report and to ensure that orderly and responsible conduct by all visitors is maintained. The management and support personnel at the Reserve are responsible for delivering a seamless and fully serviced environment for users. Prearranged visiting engagements have to be upheld in order to ensure effective delivering. Visitors to the Reserve have access to an 8 500 ha Private Game Reserve at a preferred day visit pricing. This arrangement is a negotiated agreement and not a right on demand. The facilities at the 8 500 ha Private Game Reserve as well as game drives are available at preferential prices.

  • Verkoper betaal kommissie maar koper subsideer dit. Spaar ons tyd & spaar kommissie - alternatiewe opsies:
  • 1) Besigtig die plaas op u eie en, indien u koop, betaal slegs 4% kommissie i.p.v die gebruiklike 7,5% (eienaar moet instem dat u die plaas op u eie mag besigtig).
  • 2) Koop die eienaar & die plaas se identifikasie by ons teen 'n klein vergoeding & betaal verminderde kommissie.
  • 3) Koop die eienaar & die plaas se identifikasie by ons teen 'n billike vergoeding & betaal gladnie kommissie nie.
  • 4) Betaal aan ons 'n fooi per dag om vir u plase te wys.
  • 5) Eienaar, adverteer u plaas teen betaling.

Buyer, do you have the financial ability?

  • Before we can make an arrangement for you to view a property, please supply us with answers to the following questions:
    1) Your full names and identity number?
    2) What percentage of the purchase price do you have to loan?
    3) Are you making use of an investor / investors?
    4) Are you buying alone or with partners?

  • We're gladly prepared to make an effort for you if your money shall only be available later or if you're still uncertain if you want to buy a game farm at all - as long as you have the financial ability to buy it's okay with us.

Land owner: when commission is earned when it becomes due & payable

  • Our commission is earned the moment we find a buyer who is willing and able to buy at your (minimum) terms.
  • Signature of a Contract of Purchase and Sale is the next step and if you refuse to proceed with the transaction the commission becomes due and payable immediately. Thus, don't abuse us to test the market.
