The Private Game Reserve forms part of the Zululand Rhino Reserve (24 000 ha) and is situated close (12 km) to the town of Mkuze in Zululand, Kwa-Zulu Natal. The reserve has recently been proclaimed a nature reserve. The reserve was established when various landowners dropped their internal fences. The boundary fence of the reserve is currently more than 22 kilometres long and is electrified in order to protect and keep the big game inside.  The reserve has an ecologist, a reserve manager and a security team (approximately 45 game guards).  Currently, there are: elephant, buffalo, white rhino, black rhino, leopard, cheetah, giraffe, impala, blue wildebeest, nyala, common reedbuck, waterbuck, warthog, grey duiker, steenbuck and various other game species on the property.  Mkuze area is also renowned for the being one of the best birding spots in South Africa.  Mkuze town is a very small settlement, but the basic necessities like food, beverages and building material can be obtained here.  There is also a landing strip, so charters can be arranged and makes access to this area so much easier.

  • Verkoper betaal kommissie maar koper subsideer dit. Spaar ons tyd & spaar kommissie - alternatiewe opsies:
  • 1) Besigtig die plaas op u eie en, indien u koop, betaal slegs 4% kommissie i.p.v die gebruiklike 7,5% (eienaar moet instem dat u die plaas op u eie mag besigtig).
  • 2) Koop die eienaar & die plaas se identifikasie by ons teen 'n klein vergoeding & betaal verminderde kommissie.
  • 3) Koop die eienaar & die plaas se identifikasie by ons teen 'n billike vergoeding & betaal gladnie kommissie nie.
  • 4) Betaal aan ons 'n fooi per dag om vir u plase te wys.
  • 5) Eienaar, adverteer u plaas teen betaling.

Buyer, do you have the financial ability?

  • When you contact us the first time, please supply us with answers to the following questions:
    1) What percentage of the purchase price do you have to loan?
    2) Are you making use of an investor / investors?
    3) Are you buying alone or with partners?

  • We're gladly prepared to make an effort for you if your money shall only be available later or if you're still uncertain if you want to buy a game farm at all - as long as you have the financial ability to buy it's okay with us.

  • If you want to know where the farm is, please consider 1 of the alternative options below.
     

  • Seller pays commission but purchaser subsidises it. Save our time & save commission - alternative options:
  • 1) View the farm on your own and, if you buy, pay only 4% commission i.o. the normal 7,5% (owner must agree that you may view the farm on your own).
  • 2) Purchase the owner & farm's identification from us for a small fee & pay a reduced commission.
  • 3) Purchase the owner & the farm's identification from us for a reasonable fee & don't pay any commission.
  • 4) Pay us a fee per day to show you farms.
  • 5) Owner, advertise your farm for a fee.

Land owner: when commission is earned when it becomes due & payable

  • Our commission is earned the moment we find a buyer who is willing and able to buy at your (minimum) terms.
  • Signature of a Contract of Purchase and Sale is the next step and if you refuses to proceed with the transaction the commission becomes due and payable immediately. Thus, don't abuse us to test the market.
  • Otherwise the commission is payable at registration of transfer (in exceptional circumstances it can be payable earlier, for example when it is a downpayment scheme).
