Hierdie Privaat Wildreservaat, ± 37 500 ha, is geleë in die Waterberg. Dit bestaan uit 61 plase van ± 500 ha elk. Geen binneheinings. Ryregte oor die hele reservaat. Die buitegrense is behoorlik wildwerend omhein en ge-elektrifiseer. Die bestuursliggaam hanteer die wildboerdery (geen jag), instandhouding van die infrastruktuur & algemene bestuur - heffing tans ± R12 000 p.m. (in lyn met uitgawes vir 'n 500 ha wildplaas) Die hele reservaat is toeganklik deur ‘n netwerk van netjiese paaie. General

This Private Game Reserve, ± 37 500 ha, is located in the Waterberg. It comprises of 61 farms of ± 500 ha each. No internal fences. Traversing rights over the whole of the reserve. The outside perimeter is properly game fenced & electrified. There are good roads all over the property and each farm has an abundance of water supply, roads & access to Escom electricity. Telephones are automatic, cell phones work at some places. The managing committee manages the game farming (no hunting), maintains the infra structure & runs the reserve – levy currently ± R12 000 p.m. (equals the cost of maintaining a 500 ha game farm). Standards are high - aimed at the exclusive market. Commercial game lodges is allowed. Maximum 6 chalets & 16 beds per farm: 10 for guests, 2 for owners, 4 for staff.   • 4) Pay us a fee per day to show you farms.
  • 5) Owner, advertise your farm for a fee.

Grond-eienaar: wanneer kommissie verdien word en wanneer dit opeisbaar & betaalbaar word

  • Hierdie kantoor verdien ons kommissie sodra ons 'n koper vind wat gewillig en instaat is om die eiendom te koop teen u (minimum) terme.

Land owner: when commission is earned when it becomes due & payable

  • Our commission is earned the moment we find a buyer who is willing and able to buy at your (minimum) terms.
  • Signature of a Contract of Purchase and Sale is the next step and if you refuses to proceed with the transaction the commission becomes due and payable immediately. Thus, don't abuse us to test the market.
  • Otherwise the commission is payable at registration of transfer (in exceptional circumstances it can be payable earlier, for example when it is a downpayment scheme).
