Hier's wat jy wil weet:

Ryregte: Oor die hele reservaat.

Heffing: Geen heffing

Wild: Die privaat eienaars het gesamentlik ±27% aandeel in die wild. Jou spesifieke aandeel word bepaal deur die grootte van jou grond (plus die wild wat die oorspronklike grondeienaar ingegooi het). Daar is ±6 600 ha privaat grond in die reservaat (±28%). So vir elke 1 000 ha het jy ±4,25% aandeel in die wild.

Jag & Lewende Verkope van wild: Die staat, in oorleg met die privaat eienaars, bepaal wat gejag en/of uitgevang moet word elke jaar. Jy mag jou kwota jag elke jaar. Surplus jagte en lewende wild wat verkoop word, word gestort in 'n fonds. Hierdie fonds word bestuur deur die privaat eienaars. Hierdie fonds is in die groen en word gebruik om uitgawes te bestry. Soms word dividende uitbetaal aan eienaars. Hierdie reservaat word dus bestuur soos 'n groot jagplaas, winsgewend, en derhalwe geen heffings nie maar eerder dividende. 'n Wildbewaarder (van die staat) vergesèl elke jagtog.

Jagkwota: Die jagkwota wissel van jaar na jaar, maar tipies sal dit wees, per 600 ha titelakte: rooibok 5, koedoe 1, eland 1, blouwildebees 2, zebra 2, vlakvark 1, buffel 1. Elke nou-en-dan mag jy 'n olifant jag.

Toerisme: Daar is geen beletsel teen toerisme nie. As dit 'n sekere graad van bedrywigheid gaan oorskry gaan jy dalk moet toestemming moet kry by die ander belanghebbendes. Gedurende die jagseisoen mag jy steeds in die veld rondry, maar jy is in radiokontak met die jaggroepe, en jy moet uit hulle pad uit bly. Daar was nog nooit iemand wat wildkyk-toerisme wou beoefen in hierdie reservaat nie, so dit was nog nooit tersake en bespreek nie. My instink - so tien gastebeddens en een veldvoertuig behoort nie 'n probleem te wees nie. Maar, dis eintlik maar 'n jagreservaat.

Toegang: Die enigste toegang is via die hoofhek. Geen toegang direk vanaf aangrensende plase nie. Baie veilig.

 

Here's what you want to know:
Traversing rights: Throughout the reserve.
Levy: No levy
Game: The private owners collectively have ±27% share in the game. Your specific share is determined by the size of your land (plus the game the original landowner threw in). There is ±6,600 ha of private land in the reserve (±28%). So for every 1,000 ha you have ±4.25% share in the wildlife.
Hunting & Live Sales of game: The state, in consultation with the private owners, determines what must be hunted and/or captured each year. You may hunt your quota every year. Surplus hunts and live game sold are deposited into a fund. This fund is managed by the private owners. This fund is in the green and is used to combat expenses. Sometimes dividends are paid out to owners. This reserve is therefore managed like a large game farm, profitable, and therefore no levies but rather dividends. A game warden (from the state) accompanies each hunt.

Hunting quota: The hunting quota varies from year to year, but typically it will be, per 600 ha title deed: impala 5, kudu 1, eland 1, bluewildebeest 2, zebra 2, warthog 1, buffalo 1. Every now and then you get to hunt an elephant.
Tourism: There is no impediment to tourism. If it is going to exceed a certain degree of activity you may need to get permission from the other stakeholders. During the hunting season, you may still drive in the field, but you are in radio contact with the hunting parties, and you must stay out of their way. There has never been anyone who wanted to practice game-watching tourism in this reserve, so it has never been relevant or discussed. My gut feeling - about ten guest beds and one SUV shouldn't be a problem. But, the focus in this reserve is actually on hunting.

Koper, het u die finansiële vermoë?

As jy bietjie moet raap-en-skraap, of jou geld kom later los, of so iets - ek help graag, maar ek MOET jou vermoë om die eiendom te bekostig ondersoek. Gee dit asseblief sommer vir my reg van die begin af, die 1e keer wat jy my kontak. Die rede:

TYDMORSERS is mense wat plase wil “koop” maar gladnie oor die finansiële vermoë beskik nie.
Tydmorsers se motiewe wissel van
a) Naïef – hulle dink hulle kan die plaas op skuld koop en uitboer;
b) Kansvatters, skelms en diewe – dis mense wat vir hulself ‘n voordeel probeer bewerkstellig,  van
    so min as ‘n gratis besoek aan ‘n wildplaas,
    tot okkupasie totdat hy uitgesmyt word weens wanbetaling,
    tot die skurke wat okkupasie neem en die eiendom stroop van bates en dan verdwyn (“asset stripping”);
c) Psigopatiese Narcissiste wat dit doen om as ‘n belangrike persoon behandel te word en sodoende ‘n ego-streling (“ego boost”) kry;
d) By uitsondering selfs die Groenetjies wat die eienaar van 'n wildplaas probeer benadeel vir hulle eie bizarre redes.

Kommissie
'n Agent word betaal vir sukses. Moenie vir my sê ek ek het min tyd gespandeer aan die transaksie nie - u weet nie wat agter die skerms gebeur nie. As u my per uur wil betaal sê dit vir my van die begin af. Moenie my penaliseer vir my effektiewiteit nie - dit maak my eintlik meer werd.
Die hoeveelheid kommissie is in ooreenstemming met die bedryfsriglyn en word betaal deur verkoper (alhoewel koper dit subsideer).
Ons verdien ons kommissie sodra ons 'n koper vind wat gewillig en instaat is om die eiendom te koop teen verkoper se minimum terme. Ondertekening van 'n koopkontrak is die volgende stap en indien verkoper skielik nie meer wil voortgaan met die verkoop nie word die kommissie onmiddelik opeisbaar en betaalbaar. Andersins is die kommissie is betaalbaar by registrasie van oordrag (in uitsonderlike gevalle kan die kommissie vroeër betaalbaar wees, byvoorbeeld wanneer die koper koop op afbetaling). d) Exceptionally even the Greens who try to harm the owner of a game farm for their own bizarre reasons.

Commission
An agent gets paid for success. Don't tell me I didn't didn't spend much time on this transaction - you don't know what happens behind the scene. If you want to pay me per hour tell it to me from the start. Don't penalise me for effectiveness - it actually makes me worth more.
The amount of commission is in accordance with the industry guidelines and is payable by seller (although purchaser subsidises it).
Our commission is earned the moment we find a buyer who is willing and able to buy at seller's minimum terms. Signature of a contract is the next step and if seller suddenly refuses to proceed with the transaction the commission becomes due and payable immediately. Otherwise the commission is payable at registration of transfer (in exceptional circumstances it can be payable earlier, for example when it is a downpayment scheme).
