The game farm
consists of 4 adjoining properties
(4 title deeds)
situated in Northern Kwazulu-Natal and the total extent is 2 945,5668 hectares.
The
typography ranges from 800 m to 1088 m above sea level.
Soil
types: tolorite shale, sandstone and conglomerate.
Rainfall: 605 mm – 800
mm
per annum.
Average maximum temperature: 27.6 o C.
Average minimum temperate: 14.9 o C.

resources: one borehole, two
rivers,
fountains and ten earth dams.
Game
area is fenced and electrified by means of solar panels. The fence has been
approved by the Kwazulu-Natal Conservation Service.
A
license from KZN Wildlife approved an introduction of the following game
species: giraffe, kudu, grey duiker, mountain reedbuck, common reedbuck,
waterbuck, red duiker, blesbuck, redhartebeest, oribi, bushbuck, zebra,
bluewildebeest, impala, warthog,
bushpig, eland, white rhinoceros.

The
farm is not yet
fully stocked to potential but the existing game seems to be settling down and
peaceful.
The total land outside of the game fence consist of 551,11
hectares. It is currently utilised by the local community and in the process of
being sold to the Department of Rural Development and Land Reform. The game farm
as set out above is excluded from the sale to the Department of Rural
Development and Land Reform and will be sold to a interested private buyer.

4) Betaal aan ons 'n fooi
per dag om vir u plase te wys.

5) Eienaar, adverteer u
plaas teen betaling.

When you contact us the
first time, please supply us with answers to the following questions:
1) What percentage of the purchase price do you have to loan?
2) Are you making use of an investor / investors?
3) Are you buying alone or with partners?

We're
gladly prepared to make an effort for you if your money shall only be
available later or if you're still uncertain if you want to buy a game farm
at all - as long as you have the financial ability to buy it's okay with us.

nie word die kommissie onmiddelik opeisbaar en betaalbaar. Moet ons dus
nie misbruik om die mark te toets nie.

betaalbaar by registrasie van oordrag (in uitsonderlike gevalle kan die
kommissie vroeër betaalbaar wees, byvoorbeeld wanneer die koper koop op
afbetaling).

Land owner: when
commission is earned when it becomes due & payable
- Our
commission is earned the moment we find a buyer who is willing and able to
buy at your (minimum) terms.

Signature of a Contract of Purchase and Sale is the next step and if you
refuses to proceed with the transaction the commission becomes due and
payable immediately. Thus, don't abuse us to test the market.

Otherwise the commission is payable at registration of transfer (in exceptional
circumstances it can be payable earlier, for example when it is a downpayment
scheme).
